on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of the following:

On November 28, 2018 a Supplement No. 15 to the contract No. 81 dated October 31,
1997 on conducting additional exploration, production and sharing of hydrocarbons
(product sharing) on Chinaryovskiy oil/gas condensate field was signed between
Zhaikmunai LLP and the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
