/KASE, November 28, 2018/ – ForteBank (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the following:

On November 21, 2018 the Bank's Board of Directors took a decision on intention
to acquire a stake in "DAR ecosystem" LLP, making up 30 or more percent of the
company's share capital. The deal is expected to be closed after receipt of
respective permits from the regulator.
The deal amount doesn't exceed 5% of the Bank's assets and capital.
