Bonds KZP01Y07G021 (KZ2P00004500, FATNb3) of Faeton Company underwent listing on KASE by category "bonds" of alternative market

/KASE, November 27, 2018/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of November 27, 2018, bonds KZP01Y07G021 (KZ2P00004500; KZT1,000, KZT2.0 bn; 7 years; semi-annual coupon 10.50 % APR; 30/360) of Faeton Company (Almaty) were included in KASE official list by category "bonds" of the alternative market. The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced additionally after said issuer fulfills the terms set in item 1 of chapter 5 of appendix 2.2 to KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. Said bond issue is the first one under the second bond program of Faeton Company registered by the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan on October 30, 2018 to the total amount of KZT3.5 bn. Centras Securities (Almaty) is the financial advisor to Faeton Company. Said bonds were assigned the abbreviation (ticker) FATNb3.
