/KASE, November 21, 2018/ – Tsesnabank (Astana, hereinafter – the Bank), whose
securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided
KASE with copies of amendments to the issue prospectus of its shares and a
certificate of state registration of securities issue dated November 9, 2018,
which replaces the one issued earlier.
According to the mentioned documents:
- National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) has registered
amendments to the Bank's share issue prospectus;
- the mentioned certificate was replaced due to an increase in the number of
authorized shares of the Bank and was issued taking into account 279,500,000
common shares and и 2,500,000 preferred shares of the Bank that were offered
earlier;
- the number of the Bank's authorized ordinary shares KZ1C33820016 makes up
697,500,000 pieces; preferred shares KZ1P33820112 of the Bank makes up
2,500,000 pieces;
- this share issue prospectus was entered in the State registry of serial
securities under No. А3382.
