KASE Management Board takes decision on inclusion of bonds KZ2C0M12G010 (KZ2С00004513, BASPb2) of "Baspana" Mortgage organization in KASE official list by category "commercial bonds" of alternative market

/KASE, November 14, 2018/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Management Board of November 13, 2018 bonds KZ2С0M12G010 (KZ2С00004513; KZT1,000, KZT30.0 bn; 360 days, annual coupon 8.50 % APR; 30/360) of "Baspana" Mortgage organization (Almaty) were included in KASE official list by category "commercial bonds" of the alternative market. The Management Board decision's effective date will be announced additionally after said issuer fulfills the terms set in item 6 of chapter 1 of appendix 2.4 to KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. Said bonds were assigned an abbreviation (ticker) BASPb2. More details on said bond issue will be released on KASE website after the Management Board's said decision becomes effective. [2018-11-14]
