On October 30, 2018, Moody's Investors Service assigned the following global scale
ratings to Kazakhstan-based Tengri Bank: long-term local and foreign currency
deposit ratings of B2, BCA of b3 and adjusted BCA of b2, long-term Counterparty
Risk Assessment (CR Assessment) of B1(cr), long-term Counterparty Risk Ratings
(CRRs) of B1, short-term deposit ratings and CRRs of Not Prime and short-term
CRA of Not Prime(cr). The outlook on the global scale long-term deposit ratings
is stable.
