/KASE, October 8, 2018/ – Almatytemir (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE about decisions of the general meeting of holders of bonds KZ2C0Y17C783 (KZ2C00001493, KASE alternative market, category "bonds", ALTMb1), held on October 3, 2018, on making amendments to the issue prospectus of said bonds, related to details of the composition of the Board of Directors, affiliated parties of the issuer, as well as rights of the issuer to premature repurchase of all or part of said bonds on account of amounts earned from selling pledged assets taking into account accrued interest and capitalized interest.
