/KASE, October 4, 2018/ – Alatau Zharyk Company (Almaty), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a
copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National
Bank) dated September 26, 2018, according to which the National Bank approved
the report on the results of offering of bonds KZP03Y05E364 (KZ2C00003754,
KASE main market, category "bonds", AZHKb3) of Alatau Zharyk Company for the
period from February 11 to August 10, 2018.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered during the reporting
period. As of August 10, 2018 66,514 pieces of said bonds remained unplaced.
