/KASE, October 3, 2018/ – Tengri Bank (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE as follows:

On August 31, 2018, Tengri Bank (Bank) and WorldBusiness Capital Inc. (WBC)
signed loan agreement worth 15 million US dollars. This loan has a period of 10
years with a 2-year grace period and is partially guaranteed by the Overseas
Private Investment Corporation (OPIC), the U.S. Government’s the U.S. development
finance institution. This loan will be used for financing small and medium
business ( SMEs), which confirms the bank's purposeful policy on SME support in
Kazakhstan and strengthens its leading position in the SME sector.
At least 25% of the loan amount will be used to support SMEs owned or managed by
women.
