/KASE, October 3, 2018/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE) Management Board, as of October 26, 2018 trading in bonds KZ2C0Y10D307
(KZ2C00001477, KASE main market, category "bonds", CTECb1) of Central Asian
Power-Energy Company (Astana) will be suspended on KASE.
According to the decision of the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), if the decision on approving changes to the issue prospectus of these
bonds is taken at the general meeting of holders of these bonds which will be
held on October 26, 2018, the period for suspension of trading will be extended
to the day following the date of receipt by KASE of relevant amendments to the
issue prospectus bonds and confirmation from Central Securities Depository about
the renewal of its placement and circulation in the system of its accounting.
Trades in the mentioned bonds on KASE will be resumed on the next business day
after the receipt by KASE of relevant changes to the issue prospectus of these
bonds and confirmation from Central Securities Depository about renewal of their
placement and circulation in its accounting system.
By the same decision of Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) it
was established that if the general meeting of holders of these bonds will not
take place and/or if the decision on approving changes to the issue prospectus
of these bonds will not be accepted, trades in these bonds will be resumed from
the next working day after receiving the relevant notice from Central Asian
Power-Energy Company.
