/KASE, September 21, 2018/ – As announced earlier, by a decision of the Listing
Commission of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) of September 20, 2018, bonds
KZ2C0M12F921 (KZ2C00004372; KZT1,000, KZT20.0 bn; 370 days; annual coupon of
8.50% APR is paid after six months from the start of circulation and during
redemption of bonds; 30/360) of Mortgage Organization Baspana (Almaty) were
included in KASE official list's alternative market's category "bonds".
The Listing Commission decision is effective as of September 21, since the
issuer fulfilled the terms set in item 1 of chapter 5 of appendix 2.2 to KASE
internal document "Listing Rules".
Opening of trading in these shares on KASE will be announced additionally.
These bonds were assigned an abbreviation (ticker) BASPb1.
