/KASE, September 19, 2018/ – Tsesnabank (Astana), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of the following:

On 17.09.2018 rating agency S&P Global Ratings downgraded the long-term credit
rating of Tsesnabank from "В+" to "В". Outlook – "Negative". The short-term
credit rating of the Bank was affirmed at "В". The Bank's rating on national
scale was downgraded from "kzBBB" до "kzBB+".
The rating of bonds NIN KZP12Y10E084, KZP17Y05E083 was downgraded from "В+" to
"В", the rating on national scale was downgraded from "kzBBB" to "kzBB+".
Hence, as of 17.09.2018 Tsesnabank has the following ratings of S&P Global
Ratings: "В/Negative/В", rating on national scale: "kzBB+"; облигации НИН
KZP12Y10E084, KZP17Y05E083 have rating "В", rating on national scale: "kzBB+".
