/KASE, September 18, 2018/ – Mortgage Organization Kazakhstan Mortgage Company
(Almaty, hereinafter – the Company), whose securities are officially listed on
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from
the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated
September 13, 2018, according to which:
- the National Bank took note of the information on non-placement of the
Company's shares in the period from February 9 to August 8, 2017;
- as of August 8, 2018, 7,350,220 ordinary shares of the Company remained unplaced.
