/KASE, September 17, 2018/ – Since September 17, 2018 the following futures
with execution in March 2019 have been opened at Kazakhstan Stock
Exchange (KASE):
- USD/KZT futures;
- KASE index futures;
- futures on common shares GB00B0HZPV38 (KASE official list, main market,
category "standard", GB_KZMS) of KAZ Minerals PLC (London);
- futures on common shares KZ1C33870011 (KZ000A0LE0S4, KASE official
list, main category, category "premium", HSBK) of Halyk Savings Bank of
Kazakhstan (Almaty);
- futures on common shares KZ1C59150017 (KZ1C00000876, KASE official
list, main market, category "premium", KCEL) of Kcell (Almaty);
- futures on common shares KZ1C29950017 (KZ1C00000744, KASE official list,
main market, category "premium", KZTO) of KazTransOil (Astana).
In KASE trading system those six-month contracts were assigned abbreviations
(tickers) F_USDKZT1903, F_INKASE1903, F_GB_KZMS1903, F_HSBK1903, F_KCEL1903 and
F_KZTO1903, respectively.
By the decision of KASE Committee on Indices and Securities Valuation the
above-mentioned futures were assigned initial theoretical prices, which were
released in KASE trading system.
We remind that starting from September 17, 2018 futures F_USDKZT1812,
F_INKASE1812, F_GB_KZMS1812, F_HSBK1812, F_KCEL1812 and F_KZTO1812 become
three-month futures, the last trading day of which is December 14, 2018.
The last day of trading in the six-month futures is March 14, 2019.
Trading in derivative financial instruments is held on KASE on business days
from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm (ALT), the ensuing clearing session – from 3:30 pm to
4:00 pm (ALT).
KASE derivatives market members entitled to taking part in the exchange trading
in derivative financial instruments are listed on KASE website, at

Results of trading in futures are released on KASE website at
