/KASE, September 5, 2018/ – Kaspi Bank (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a
letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated
August 28, 2018 on approval by the National Bank of the report on results of
placement of bonds KZP01Y10E830 (KZ2C00003010, KASE main market, category "bonds",
CSBNb15) of Kaspi Bank for the period from January 28 to July 27, 2018.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered within the period under
review. As of July 27, 2018, 10,038,640 pieces of said bonds remained unplaced.
