/KASE, August 29, 2018/ – Kaspi Bank (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a
letter from the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated
August 25, 2018, according to which the National Bank approved the report on
results of offering of Kaspi Bank's bonds KZP01Y10E053 (KZ2C00001618, KASE main
market, category "bonds", CSBNb10) for the period from January 20, 2018 to July
19, 2018.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the reporting period.
As of July 19, 2018, a total of 259,990 pieces of said bonds remained unplaced.
