Nostrum Oil & Gas PLC (LSE: NOG) ("Nostrum", or "Company"), an independent oil and gas
company engaged in the production of oil and gas, exploration and development of
oil and gas fields in the Caspian Basin, today announces its operating results for
a six-month period that ended on June 30, 2018. This update is issued on the eve
of the publication of Nostrum's consolidated financial statements for the same
period. The information contained in this message will be analyzed by the independent
auditors of the Company.

Operational
- Average daily production in the first half of 2018 after processing amounted
to 32.524 boepd
- Average daily sales in the first half of 2018 amounted to 29,886 boepd
- Well 201 was commissioned as of July 30, with an initial production level of
more than 1000 boepd
- Well 40 produces a stable volume of more than 1500 boepd over the last four
week
- Current sales volumes, as of July 27, exceed 32,000 boepd
- Financial
- Revenue is expected to reach over $ 190 million (I half-year of 2017: USD210
million)
- The monetary position is more than 125 million US dollars (I quarter of 2018:
$ 127 mln)
- It is expected that the total debt will not exceed $ 1,125 million and net
debt will not exceed about $ 1 billion, as of June 30, 2018.
