/KASE, July 23, 2018/ – Amangeldy Gas (Аstana), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of
a letter from the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated
June 8, 2018, according to which the National Bank approved the report on results
of offering Amangeldy Gas's bonds KZP01Y05F456 (KZ2P00003866, KASE alternative market,
category "bonds", AGGZb1) for the period from October 8, 2017 to April 7, 2018.
According to the letter provided, as of April 7, 2018, a total 2,101,424 pieces
of said bonds were not placed.
