/KASE, July 20, 2018/ – Nurbank (Аlmaty), whose securities are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter
from the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated July 17, 2018,
according to which the National Bank approved the report on results of offering of
Nurbank 's bonds KZ2C0Y10D737 (KZ2C00002012, KASE main market, "bonds" category,
NRBNb10) for the period from December 5, 2017 to June 4, 2018.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the period under
review. As of June 4, 2018, a total of 10,000,000 pieces of said bonds remained
unplaced.
