According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C60290018 of the Company makes up 400,000 pieces; - all authorized shares of the Company are outstanding; - the sole person holding shares of the Company in the number of five or more percent of the total number of the Company outstanding shares is KAZZINC LLP, which owns 399,600 common shares of the Company (99.90% of the total number of the Company's outstanding shares).
