/KASE, June 28, 2018/ – Almatytemir (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter
from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated June 27, 2018,
according to which the National Bank approved the report on results of offering of
bonds KZ2C0Y17C783 (KZ2C00001493, KASE alternative market, category “bonds” ALTMb1)
of Almatytemir for the period from November 2, 2017 to May 1,2018.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the period under
review. As of May 1, 2018, 1,500,000,000 pieces of said bonds remained
unplaced.
