/KASE, June 27, 2018/ – Al Saqr Finance (Almaty, hereinafter, the company),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of
Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated June 21, 2018, according to which:
- the National Bank approved the report on results of offering of the company’s
shares for the period from October 26, 2017 to April 26, 2018;
- as of April 26, 2018, 2,998,668 ordinary shares of the company were offered;
its registered capital equaled to KZT2,654, 923, 564.56.
