Bonds KZP02Y07F484 (KZ2P00004286, FATNb2) of "Faeton Company" LLP underwent listing procedure on KASE by category "bonds" of the alternative market

/KASE, 18.06.18/ – By the decision of the Listing Commission of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) from June 18, 2018, bonds KZP02Y07F484 (KZ2P00004286; KZT1,000, KZT3.0 bn; 7 years, semiannual coupon, 11.00 % APR, 30/360) of "Faeton Company" LLP (Almaty) were included in KASE official list alternative market's category "bonds". The date of this Listing Commission decision’s entry into force will be communicated later after the issuer fulfills the terms set in item 1 of chapter 5 of appendix 2.2 to KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. This is the second issue within the first bond program of "Faeton Company" LLP registered by the National Bank of Kazakhstan on March 17, 2017 for the total amount of KZT7.5 bn and the 2nd issue of "internal" bonds of the this issuer, which have undergone listing on KASE. "Centras Secutiries" JSC (Almaty) is the representative of holders of said bonds and financial consultant of "Faeton Company" LLP. These bonds were assigned an abbreviation (ticker) FATNb2.
