/KASE, 15.06.18/ – "Qazaq Banki" JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – bank),
whose securities are in the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), provided KASE with a copy of the letter from the National Bank of
the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated June 11, 2018, according
to which:
- The National Bank took into account the information on the non-
placement of the bank's shares for the period from October 29, 2017 to
April 28, 2018;
- 3,711,272,600 common shares and 1,399,990 preferred shares of the
bank were not placed as of April 29, 2018.
