/KASE, 14.06.18/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE)
Board of Directors of June 13, 2018 the composition of seven persons in the
Listing Committee was approved.
In accordance with this decision the following members of Listing Committee
were elected:
- representative of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (is
determined by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan
independently in accordance with the procedure established by it);
- N. Khoroshevskaya, deputy Chairman of the Management Board of KASE;
- K. Turmagambetov, KASE Board Member, Managing Director for Business
Development;
- T. Ayupov, director of the Treasury Department of "Halyk Bank of
Kazakhstan" JSC (Chairman of the Listing Committee);
- V. Kyshpanakov, deputy Chairman of Management Board of BCC Invest –
subsidiary organization of Bank CenterCredit (the person having the right to
replace the Chairman of the Listing Committee in case of his absence or the
occurrence of a conflict of interests);
- M. Tashmetov, independent director KASE;
- P. Afanasyev, managing director of the analytical centre of OYL
"Association of Financiers of Kazakhstan" (in case of his absence – Y.
Burabayev, managing director of Center for Development of the Stock and
Insurance Sectors of the ULO "Association of Financiers of Kazakhstan").
Said decision of KASE Board of Directors stipulates that in case of absence of
members of the Listing Committee or emergence of a conflict of interests the
following persons may substitute them: Y. Abdrazakov and K. Damitov.
The person that may substitute the members of the Listing Committee from the
Management Board of KASE is A. Aldambergen, the Chairman of the
Management Board of KASE.
The structure, functions and procedures for their implementation, powers and
duties of the Listing Commission are regulated by the Regulations on the Listing
Committee, published on KASE website at
