/KASE, 06.06.18/ – "KazMunaiGas" NC JSC (Astana), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with
a press release in which the following is reported:

On June 5, 2018 in Astana, the chairman of the Management Board of
"KazMunaiGas" NC JSC Sauat Mynbayev and the president of PJSC "LUKOIL"
Vagit Alekperov signed the agreement.
According to the signed document, both companies agreed on the main
terms of cooperation and expressed their willingness to jointly implement
the "Zhenis" project, the same site of which is located in the
Kazakhstan part of the Caspian Sea.
