/KASE, May 29, 2018/ – Eximbank Kazakhstan (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank),
whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of Republic of
Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated May 24, 2018, according to which:
- the National Bank took note of non-placement of the Bank’s shares during the
period from October 28, 2017 to April 27, 2018;
- as of April 28, 2018, a total of 9,840,000 common shares of the Bank remained
unplaced.
