/KASE, May 10, 2018/ – Kazakhstan Utility Systems (Astana), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a
copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National
Bank) dated April 24, 2018, according to which the National Bank approved the
report on results of offering of bonds KZP01Y05F191 (KZ2P00003528, KASE main
market, category "bonds", KSYSb1) of Kazakhstan Utility Systems for the period
from September 30, 2017 to March 29, 2018.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the period under
review. As of March 29, 2018, a total of 1,663,256 pieces of said bonds remained
unplaced.
