/KASE, May 4, 2018/ – Tsesnabank (Astana), whose securities are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter
from the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated April 25,
2018, according to which the National Bank approved the report on results of
offering of Tsesnabank's bonds KZP05Y07E084 for the period from September 19, 2017
to March 18, 2018.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the period under review.
As of March 18, 2018, a total of 1,100,000,000 pieces of said bonds remained
unplaced.
