/KASE, April 19, 2018/ – Aktobe Metalware Plant (Aktobe region), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE as
follows:

On March 27, 2018, Aktobe Metalware Plant LLP (AZM) signed contract with
TransMostGroup LLP for the supply of structural steel for the construction of a
bridge crossing over the Sazda River and Mametov Street in the town of Aktobe.
Passenger Transport and Motor Highways Department of the city of Aktobe initiated
the construction of this bridge. AZM will produce and supply 225 tonnes of
structural steel with the use of high-alloy steel to TransMostGroup under the
contractual terms. Preliminary contract value amounts to KZT 165 mln.
