According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C59950010 of the Company makes up 20,000,000 pieces; - 4,630 common shares of the Company are outstanding; - the Company's sole shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of the total outstanding shares of the Company is B.Kenzhebaev.
