Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan OJSC, APF Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan CJSC, and Company on foreign insurance of Kazakhstan CJSC continue intervening Kazakhstan's regions

/IRBIS, Apr 26, 02/ - During current week there was signed four-sided Memorandums on collaboration of Halyk bank of Kazakhstan OJSC (Almaty, further Halyk Bank), Accumulative pension fund of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan CJSC (Almaty), Company on foreign insurance "Kazakhinstrakh" (Almaty) with administrations of Semipalatinsk, Eastern Kazakhstan oblast, and Pavlodar oblast. It is said in a press release distributed today by Halyk Bank. The parties intend to realize joint programs on crediting of middle and small businesses, financing of enterprises in agriculture, processing and other industries, energy and construction spheres of Semipalatinsk, Eastern Kazakhstan, and Pavlodar oblasts. Besides, Halyk Bank plans to continue development in these regions of complex cash servicing of budget enterprises based on specially worked out tariffs, optimize a system of communal payments. It is also informed that within the signed Memorandums APF Halyk bank of Kazakhstan CJSC plans in these regions to further develop free of charge service of budget enterprises. Company on foreign insurance "Kazakhinstrakh" CJSC intends to expand a spectrum of insurance services for budget organizations. Halyk bank informs that this is a fourth business trip through the regions of the Chairman of the bank's Board Kairat Satylganov. Before it there had been signed Memorandums on collaboration with administrations of Atyrau, Kostanai, Western Kazakhstan, Aktobe, Zhambyl, and Southern Kazakhstan oblasts and Zhezkazgan.
