/KASE, April 3, 2018/ – Altyntau Kokshetau (Akmola region, hereinafter – the Company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided an extract from its shareholder registers as of April 1, 2018 to KASE. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C60290018 of the Company makes up 400,000 units; - all authorized shares of the Company are outstanding; - the sole entity holding five or more percent of the total number of the Company's outstanding shares is KAZZINC LLP, which owns 399,600 common shares of the Company (99.90% of the total number of the Company outstanding shares).
