/KASE, March 30, 2018/ – Qazaq Banki (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a
letter from the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated
March 27, 2018, according to which the National Bank approved the report on the
results of offering of Kazkommertsbank's bonds KZ2C0Y07F324 (KZ2C00003655, KASE
main market, category "bonds", SNBNb1) for the period from August 25, 2017 to
February 24, 2018.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the period under
review. As of February 25, 2018, a total of 40,000,000,000 pieces of said bonds
remained unplaced.
