As of March 19 ordinary shares KZ1C56630011 (KZ1C00001023, ABBN) of Bank of Astana will be transferred from category "standard" to category "premium" of the main market of KASE official list

KASE, March 16, 2018/ – By the decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of March 16, 2018, ordinary shares KZ1C56630011 (KZ1С00001023, KASE main market, categdory "standard", ABBN) of Bank of Astana (Almaty) were transferred from KASE official list main market's category "standard" to category premium. This decision will come into force on March 19, 2018. In the KASE opinion letter dated March 15,2018 it says that based on the results of audit of Bank of Astana and its shares for their compliance with criteria and requirements set by the KASE internal document "Listing Rules" for including shares into category premium of KASE official list’s main market it was established that Bank of Astana and its shares comply with the set of requirements for the said category. Based on the above, these shares have been transferred from category "standard" to category "premium" of the KASE official list’s main market. These shares were included in KASE official list's second category as of January 27, 2015; since June 1, 2017 they were in sector "standard" of KASE's main market.
