/KASE, March 15, 2018/ – National Company KazMunayGaz (Astana), whose securities
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
"On March 12, 2018, Addendum No. 1 to the Contract No. 4216 dated November 26,
2015 for exploration of crude hydrocarbons on Pribrezhnoye deposit was signed
between the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, NC KMG and Zhan &
KS Company LLP (hereinafter, ZKS). According to the Addendum, 100 per cent of
subsoil use right was transferred to ZKS” (in Russian) –
