/KASE, March 15, 2018/ – Tsesnabank (Astana), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the following press release: quote Tsesnabank and Financial Holding Tsesna report as follows: As of March 14 2018, Tsesnabank and Financial Holding Tsesna sold all shares of Bank CenterCredit to a group of Kazakhstani buyers, namely: - 28 023 250 of ordinary shares, accounting for 29.56%; and - 35 433 669 of preferred shares, accounting for 90.28%. A group of Kazakhstani buyers, among the others, includes Mr. B. Baiseitov and Mr. V. Lee, as well as Bank CenterCredit in terms of preferred shares. Therefore, since March 14 2018, Bank CenterCredit is not related or affiliated with Tsesnabank and Financial Holding Tsesna. Tsesnabank and Bank CenterCredit continue their activities as independent financial organizations.
