/KASE, March 14, 2018/ – Mortgage Organization Kazakhstan Mortgage Company (Almaty,
hereinafter – the Company), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National
Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated March 6, 2018, according to
which:
- The National Bank took note of non-placement of the Company's shares during the
period from August 9, 2017 to February 8, 2018;
- as of February 8, 2018, a total of 7,350,220 ordinary shares of the Company
remained unplaced.
