/KASE, March 2, 2018/ – Kaspi Bank (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of
a letter from the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated
February 26, 2018, according to which the National Bank approved the report on
results of offering of Kaspi Bank's bonds KZP03Y08E830 (KZ2C00003036, KASE main
market, category "bonds", CSBNb17) for the period from July 28, 2017 to January
27, 2018.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the reporting period.
As of January 27, 2018, a total of 500,000,000 pieces of said bonds remained
unplaced.
