/KASE, March 2, 2018/ – Kaspi Bank (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of
a letter from the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated
February 27, 2018, according to which the National Bank approved the report on
results of offering of Kaspi Bank's bonds KZP01Y10E053 (KZ2C00001618, KASE main
market, category "bonds", CSBNb10) for the period from July 20, 2017 to January
19, 2018.
According to the letter provided, a total of 99,740,010 pieces of said bonds
remained unplaced as of January 19, 2018.
