/KASE, March 12, 2018/ – Nurbank (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter of
the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of March 1, 2018,
according to which the National Bank approved the report on results of the
offering of bonds KZP02M40E754 (KZ2C00002889, KASE main market, category "bonds",
NRBNb11) of Nurbank for the period from July 27, 2017 to January 26, 2018.
According to the letter provided, as of January 26, 2018, a total of 156,937,970
pieces of said bonds remained unplaced.
