/KASE, February 21, 2018/ – Tsesnabank (Astana, hereinafter – the Bank), whose
securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided
KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan
(National Bank) dated February 14, 2018, according to which:
- The National Bank took note of non-placement of the Bank's shares during the
period from July 26, 2017 to January 25, 2018;
- As of January 25, 2018, a total of 219,650,000 pieces of ordinary shares
remained unplaced.
