/KASE, February 21, 2018/ – Tsesnabank (Astana), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a
letter from the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated
February 14, 2018, according to which the National Bank approved the report on
results of offering of Tsesnabank's bonds KZPC1Y20C367 (KZ000A0T9AL7, KASE main
market, category "bonds", TSBNb7) for the period from July 12, 2017 to January
11, 2018.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the period under
review. As of January 11, 2018, a total of 515,800,000 pieces of said bonds
remained unplaced.
