/KASE, February 14, 2018/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE, or the Exchange)
announces that a ceremony of presenting awards to the best performing members of
the Exchange according to the 2017 results was held on February 14, 2018.
The following companies received awards in the nomination "Best underwriter":
- SkyBridge Invest – equity market;
- Kazkommerts Securities (subsidiary of Kazkommertsbank) – corporate bonds
market.
The following companies received awards in the nomination "Market leader":
- Freedom Finance – equity market;
- BCC Invest (subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit) – corporate bonds market;
- Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan – government securities market.
The following companies received awards in the nomination "Best Market
Maker":
- Freedom Finance – equity market;
- Kazkommerts Securities (subsidiary of Kazkommertsbank) and Halyk Finance
(subsidiary of Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan) – corporate bonds market.
Freedom Finance received award in the nomination "For the development of
derivatives market".
Freedom Finance received award in the nomination "For significant contribution in
attracting investors".

The winners were determined by the KASE Expert Committee set up in order to
determine best performing members of KASE in 2017.
The Expert Committee members are:
