/KASE, February 13, 2018/ – Agrarian Credit Corporation (Astana), whose bonds
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE
with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan
(National Bank) dated February 5, 2018, according to which the National Bank
approved the report on results of offering of bonds KZP02Y10F173 (KZ2C00003796,
KASE main market, bonds category, AGKKb7) of Agrarian Credit Corporation in the
period from June 23 to December 22, 2017.
According to the letter provided, as of December 23, 2017 5,000,000 pieces of
said bonds were outstanding.
