/KASE, February 13, 2018/ – Agrarian Credit Corporation (Almaty), whose bonds
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with
a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National
Bank) dated February 5, 2018, according to which the National Bank approved the
report on results of offering of bonds KZP01Y06F173 (KZ2C00003507, KASE main
market, category "bonds", AGKKb6) of Agrarian Credit Corporation for the
period from July 1 to December 31, 2017.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the period under review.
As of January 1, 2018, a total of 7,060,000 pieces of said bonds remained unplaced.
