/KASE, January 31, 2018/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that as of
January 31, 2018 preferred shares KZ1P54500114 (KZ1P00001119, KASE alternative
market, sector "shares", ASYLp) of ASYL-INVEST (Almaty, hereinafter – the company)
were removed from KASE official list due to their conversion to ordinary shares
KZ1C54500018 (KZ1C00001106, KASE alternative market, sector "shares", ASYL).
KASE received from the company the following documents:
- changes and additions to the shares issue prospectus, registered by the
National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on January 22, 2018 –

- a copy of the certificate of state registration of a securities issue dated
January 22, 2018, according to which the total number of authorized shares
of the company makes 2,000,000,000 ordinary shares KZ1C54500018;
- a letter from the company dated January 30, 2018 on completing on January 29, 2018
the procedures of conversion of the company's preferred shares to ordinary shares.
Central Securities Depository in a letter dated January 30, 2018 informed KASE
about the registration in its accounting system of the transaction on recording
the conversion of outstanding preferred shares of the company to its ordinary
shares.
Based on the above-mentioned and in accordance with sub-item 3) of item 6 of
chapter 3 of appendix 2.2 to KASE's internal document "Listing Rules",
preferred shares of the company were delisted.
Preferred shares were included in KASE official list's second category on
April 17, 2015; since June 1, 2017 they were in sector "shares" of KASE's alternative
market. Trades in them were opened on June 5, 2015.
