/KASE, January 30, 2018/ – ASYL-INVEST (Almaty, hereinafter – the Company), whose
securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided
KASE with copies of registered amendments to the issue prospectus of its shares
and a certificate of state registration of a securities issue dated January 22,
2018 replacing the one issued earlier.
According to the mentioned documents:
- The National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) has registered
amendments to the Company's shares issue prospectus;
- the mentioned certificate was replaced due to change of the type of non-
placed authorized preferred shares into ordinary shares and the exchange of
outstanding preferred shares to ordinary shares; the certificate is issued
with the account of the earlier authorized 1,500,000,000 ordinary shares
KZ1C54500018 and 500,000,000 preferred shares KZ1P54500114;
- the total number of the Company's ordinary shares KZ1C54500018 makes up
2,000,000,000 pieces;
- the mentioned shares issue was entered in the State registry of serial
securities under No. А5450.
