/KASE, August 15, 2017/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces concluding
an interested party transaction, as a transaction with a person related to KASE
by special relationship, namely conclusion of an agreement with the Information
Agency of Financial Markets IRBIS, on provision by the Agency of non-exclusive
proprietary rights to use the "Software kit "IRIS" (Irbis Information system)".
