Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia announces funding construction of residential complex in Karagandy region under Nurly Zher program

The Bank has financed Eurasia Building construction company in the amount of KZT 500 million to complete the house construction. This credit facility is included in Nurly Zher residential construction state program, within which 7% is subsidized by DAMU Entrepreneurship Development Fund. The area of the ten-storey residential building is 11,300 sq. meters. Construction of a new house will improve housing conditions for 160 families residing in the region. Setting into operation of the building is scheduled for the first quarter of 2018.
